HOLIDAY CLUB, BRASSMILL OPEN SPACE
26th-28th July 2007
This year's theme was 'Junior Heroes'. Superman and Supergirl came along to teach the children that not everyone can be a Superhero, but everyone CAN be a Junior Hero for God in their day-to-day lives. Stories of Junior Heroes from the Bible (like David, and Samuel) and a memory verse (Ephesians ch.6 v.13) about the Armour of God, helped to illustrate the message. Over 3 days, 65 children and lots of helpers sang, made things, played games, ate lunch, listened and prayed together. It was brilliant fun!
